(no subject)

The big Expository Chunk has been smashed to smithereens. It is an ex-Chunk. Instead I have dialogue, interaction, atmosphere. OK, there's still some exposition... can't help that, I think. But I no longer have indigestion over it.

Another gorgeous day, with some wind. Perfect for washing. I cooked a chicken last night, with slightly bitter oranges from our tree and a ton of garlic. Sweet potato with basil and a green salad to go with. Mmmm... leftovers.

We are having chicken today!! With an oatmeal stuffing - yum, and very Scottish. It is raining here...the end of a hurricane from down south - always a signal that Fall is almost here :( I hate winter - snow, snow and more of the bloody white stuff till May.

D'you know this tiny little post conjures up gorgeous visions all 'round... it shouldn't really, cos we had no orange trees, no sweet potato and we hardly ever had green salad, but it makes me think of growing up back in Aus!
