Oct. 3rd, 2005 12:09 pmThe chocolate orange mud cake for B's birthday is in the oven. The kitchen is covered in chocolate. No fewer than 4 bowls and a food processor were used for its creation. I think I'm sick of the sight of chocolate (NEVER thought I'd say that *g*).
And the astounding amount of fat and sugar that went into it! I think I'll forgo the icing which is more fat and sugar - just decorate with some peel & chocolate shavings. B's not a big icing person anyway - he'd probably prefer it warm with icecream.
