Lights on... again
Sep. 24th, 2006 06:45 pmNSW was severely battered by windstorms today. Some people down in the southern highlands lost homes and a motorcyclist was killed by a falling branch.
So I suppose the 5 hour blackout this afternoon, when I was right in the middle of some fairly essential computery type stuff, doesn't really rate. But Erk! And change of plans - I was going to go from work tomorrow to somewhere near the airport. Now I'll have to come home, do the work & get up disgustingly early for the train.
