I get like that with new technology, too. And then, later, when I've got the hang of it, I wonder why!! I know! And I'm not a noodle-head. I've even caught B out (very occasionally) because I've read the manual and he hasn't *wg*.
I like a bit of time to play with these things and ease myself in! Exactly! And I don't find the interface particularly intuitive, although I suppose that once you learn one thing the next gets easier. Anyway, I found out yesterday my friend up the road has Skype, so I said I'd use her to practise on.
