About 500 this week - not great - but I never can write much after work, especially not at end-of-year. Actually I'm happy I got as many down as I did.

I'll meet the word count for the deadline *whew*. There are a lot of choppy bits and missing scenes (not to mention screamingly horrible plot holes to be worked around).

Of course you and the other people who have commented here will get there! This is only the draft deadline, after all!! And you're nearly there!!

I write like something demented and get way more words than I need then have to do lots of revision and rewrites and suchlike. I'm not sure it's the sensible way to proceed but I can't help it! I'm thoroughly tired of my story by now...
