Doyle: (this is a bit of a cheat, 'cos technically CI5 owns it, but...) the gold Capri. Or the E-type Jag, pre-explosion.
Virgil Tracy: Thunderbird 2. T1 is faster, but I've always preferred T2 (and her pilot) Can carry anything, anywhere.
Rupert Giles: The Magic Shop. More specifically, the basement of the Magic Shop, with all the cool weapons & stuff. OK, the library's pretty neat as well, but when it comes to a choice between hitting the books & hitting things, I know which I'd rather be doing *eg*
Avon: Orac. 1,001 uses for a super-computer - even a testy tempered one.
Jayne: Vera. Girl's gotta have a gun. A BIG gun.
