Post a list of your top five favorite fics you've written, regardless of fandom or the reason you love them. This isn't about the BEST things you've written, but what you LOVE most. Then tag five other people to do the same.
Five, huh? Well I think I've written about that many *g*
1. Well Hall
My first longish story (that's been posted anywhere). Re-edited skillfully by a very special person, someone I will always remember with gratitude and fondness.
2. Sleeping on the Beach
Written for a Geography challenge on
empty_mirrors lj. I was given the prompts Sand, Cornwall and brewing. The brewing part came naturally *g* but, having never been to Cornwall, I had to do a heap of research on the location. I fell a little in love with the place in the process (and I'm pretty happy with the feel of the piece as well). Must get there, one day.
3. Gods and Goddesses
Written for the
summer_of_78 story exchange. I like the summery feel, the lads on bikes, glimpses of Bodie's past and the CI5 world they inhabit.
4. Fabrics
Drabble. I enjoyed writing this and thinking about fabrics and textures (and Bodie & Doyle, of course)!
5. Untitled
This one is totally crack!fic, the result of a HP Worst Ever Pairings challenge. Nevertheless I had a huge amount of fun writing it and seeing how many references I could cram in, and it still makes me giggle a little. Although I suspect many of the references are too obscure for anyone who's not a Professionals slashing, Harry Potter reading and viewing, Judge John Deed watching Australian *g*
Tagging - anyone who wants to do it!
